Lysa Miller is an entrepreneur and relationship builder, whose goal is improve life for women in the workplace and build communities and partnerships that benefit women.

Lysa is the founder and CEO of Ladybugz Interactive Agency in Hudson, Massachusetts. She was named by Agency Vista and has been featured on the cover of the Boston Business Journal.

She has also been featured in Entrepreneur.com, Fortune.com, MSN Money, CIO and Business Insider for her expertise in women’s entrepreneurship and social media marketing.

She is an active and supporting member of the North Central MA Chamber of Commerce, Nashoba Valley Chamber of Commerce, Worcester Chamber of Commerce, Hudson Business Association, and Boston Business Women.

She is an incorporator at Main Street Bank and in the past has sat on several boards such as Assabet Valley Chamber of Commerce, Fresh Start Furniture Bank and the Hudson Business Association. In 2023, Lysa has decided to put board work on pause to focus on her own goals for the MetroWest Women’s Network.

Lysa is a mom of four kids ages 14-22, one a marine-veteran. She loves pets and can often be seen making the world a brighter place with her pet posts.

Today, she primarily works female entrepreneurs to help them create time and money freedom by scaling a business they love.

Leia Owen is a locally-based Marketing & Business Consultant that uses a collaborative approach to help entrepreneurs, freelancers, and small businesses grow their businesses, generate awareness about their brand, and elevate their marketing with an emphasis on building effective and sustainable strategies. With a special focus on digital marketing (specifically, social media) and event management, she offers comprehensive solutions tailored to the unique needs of her clients. Leia has worked with nearly 150 brands since 2015 and offers customized solutions to best meet brands where they are. From consulting and education, to designs and content creation, or full and outright management of initiatives, Leia does it all.

In addition to her involvement with the MetroWest Women’s Network, Leia currently serves as Secretary of the Hudson Business Association and is a member of the Hudson Cultural Council. She has previously served as Secretary of the River’s Edge Arts Alliance, Secretary of the Maynard Business Alliance, and worked with the Hudson Youth Substance Abuse Prevention Coalition. She also volunteers with local theater clubs, elder care services, and various community groups. In her (limited) free time, she loves to read books and exercise.

Leia is deeply committed to supporting women in business. Recognizing the unique challenges and opportunities that women entrepreneurs face, she is passionate about actively working to foster a community that empowers women, by women. Whether through mentorship, networking events, or creating platforms for collaboration, Leia’s vision encompasses more than just business growth; it is about building a supportive community that allows women to thrive together.

Greta Bajrami is the CEO and founder of Golden Group Roofing located in Hudson and Lexington, Massachusetts. She is also the CEO and founder of rootless.com an online platform for entrepreneurs.

Greta migrated to the USA at the age of 9 from Tirana, Albania.

Greta grew up in Worcester, Massachusetts where she attended Worcester State University. While attending her senior year in college, Greta decided to take an inspiration and turn it into a multimillion dollar brand.

Greta Bajrami had no roots or prior connections to the world of exterior remodeling, when she recognized a need for quality, and implementing technology to expand the customer experience.

Greta Bajrami of Golden Group Roofing innovated the construction process and elevated the customer experience. Greta’s excellence and success within the construction industry has gained her local and national attention throughout the USA. Mrs. Bajrami’ fierce leadership and female representation in a male dominated industry has gained her the respect and following of many upcoming entrepreneurs within her industry.

Greta Bajrami has taken a personal mission to change the face of construction and advocate for women within the construction industry.

Greta Bajrami speaks, educates and inspires, on various toppings such as; “Success is a state of mind”, “Getting over your forever failure mindset”. Greta Bajrami is the Massachusetts President and Chair of National Woman in Roofing Council, Executive Board of Director and Treasurer of the New England Roofing Contractor Association, and a Foundation Board Member and Scholarship Committee of Worcester State University.
